The house is newly built, with a very pleasant, calm, and family-friendly environment and an excellent grassy leisure area. The condominium has a children's playground (on the way to the beach), 2 mini-markets and restaurants, 24-hour security, and is only a 3-minute drive from the point where the river meets the sea, within walking distance without having to leave the condominium. The movement of the tides and waves forms small lagoons, making the place ideal for children.
